Soy or No Soy?

How to Keep Your Knees in Shape
Ok it’s a fact that none of like to hear but parts of our body will age. In this episode, the Menopause Sisters talk about how to keep your knees in good working order as they are so critical in keeping our bodies in shape and reduce stress through different exercises.
- Topically essential oils with peppermint and nutmeg and Plai Oil
- Glocosin with MSM in the label. Another one to build cartilage is Cetylpure
Aromatherapy Recipe For Pain Relief
6 oz of organic lotion (or any other carrier such as coconut oil or Sweet almond oil)
30 drops each of Plai essential oil (available at Ananda Apothocary), Nutmeg essential oil and Lemon essential oil.
Mix all and keep in dark bottle or jar. I used a dk blue pump bottle with the lotion. Apply as needed to affected areas.
Pain Cream formula. Upon looking at this formula is contains two oils that are specific to one company, Young Living.
Melt 1 cup of coconut oil gently
Add 10 drops each of: Valor, Panaway and Peppermint, you could also add to it 10 drops of Lemongrass.
Keep in a dark jar or divide between several smaller jars. Apply to affected areas as needed.
